Apart from the obligatory O2 branding, I rather liked everything stock about the phone.
This did not stop me flashing a generic ROM to get rid of the O2 shite and promptly rooting the phone.
But the next biggest pain was that the SGS2 comes with Swype pre-installed. Whilst this is good in a way – as the stock keyboard is boring – it is limited to being updated very rarely.

Didn’t have any plans to go by. Did a few measurements of spice jars, rough sketch, then went to B&Q, bought some wood I thought would be suitable.
Came home and built it.
Of course, it’s completely full of spices now and I need to make a bigger one for more spices I need.
Great excuse to use my tools again!
180g ginger nut biscuits
75g melted butter
300g cream cheese
200ml double cream
75g caster sugar
100g milk chocolate
Crumble the biscuits in a food processor,
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Place in a 18-20cm cake tin with a removable base and pat down with the back of a spoon.
Mix the cream cheese, double cream and caster sugar together until smooth.
Add some the raspberries and stir in, making some red swirls.
Optional: Melt chocolate in a microwave.
Add the melted chocolate and quickly swirl through. (3 stirs)
Spoon mix into the cake tin and smooth the top with a spatula.
Place rest of raspberries on top of cheesecake.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve dusted with icing sugar and drizzle a little melted chocolate over the top.
2nd attempt for people at work
2 Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Bacon
Spoonful of Winiary Polish Mayo
Slice open chicken breasts.
Stuff in some red jalapeños.
Wrapped each breast with bacon (2 slices each)
Shoved in oven till cooked. (25+ min)
Also made a Apple and Cucumber salad. Grated both and mixed in with some mayo.
Served with a salad I didn’t eat for lunch. Sliced beetroot, shredded carrot, kidney beans, butter beans and black olives.
